Circuit training involves rotating through various exercises (8-10 stations) targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a set time period helps to build overall strength and improve muscular endurance. Circuit is suitable for all ability levels and can be customized depending on your individual exercise preferences and capabilities.
AOA (Active Older Adult) is a class for older adults who want to stay healthy and active. It's a low impact workout designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Great for beginners.
Hung
Monday: Cardio circuits with functional striking that focus on strength, increasing range of motion, and flexibility.
Wednesday: Total body exercises that utilize isometric, plyometric, core, balancing, and strength building techniques
Be prepared to be motivated and increase your energy with body sculpting squat, planks, and free-flowing functional movements.

Susan Hill, certified through ACE. I teach sculpt and Yoga on Friday mornings.
This class is designed to promote strength in every major muscle group using a variety of equipment. Yoga for relaxation, the focus is to improve range of motion, flexibility, and the relaxation of mind, body, and spirit.

Zumba Toning offers a unique blend of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a fun and effective workout.
Dixie
Mat-based Pilates class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, balance, flexibility and body awareness. Class will include a series of exercises inspired by Calisthenics, yoga, and ballet. Led by Dixie a certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years experience on the mat.
Spin Class is a great Low impact workout if you want to burn calories, build muscle, increase endurance, and improve your cardiovascular health in a fun, high energy Class!
The class is 50 minutes long and will include intervals, Hills, sprints, surges, Jumps, and upper body work

Active Agers a class that helps to improve on the things we do in our daily lives. The focus is to help that person just getting active again or for the regular gym goer to improve their form, flexibility and more. It's not just for active agers, but for everyone struggling with balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, muscle endurance, boost metabolism and an overall feeling good about yourself for having exercised.

Hi my name is Julie. I believe movement is medicine and I am passionate about sharing the joy of movement safely and spreading enthusiasm for healthy living. Cultivating community centered wellness is my goal. In various capacities I have the honor of sharing this passion; in the classroom as a fitness instructor, in the home as a mother and wife, and behind the screens through developing social media collateral! You may see me from time to time as a substitute in your favorite exercise classes as well.

My class focuses on Mobility & Flexibility. During the class, you will be utilizing the PVC pipes learning warmup techniques for your muscles and joints. You will also spend a portion of the class time on yoga mats doing stretches for mobility and flexibility.
